1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NSupport Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
NSupport Platform provides a cloud-based, multi-tenant incident management and knowledge base platform with an AI assistant. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, to harass other users, or to violate intellectual property rights. Violations may result in account termination.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the service, including knowledge articles, incidents, and documents. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service - including AI-assisted retrieval and answering within your own workspace - and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The NSupport Platform platform, including all software, design, and content, is our property. You grant us a license to use, store, and display content you submit to the service solely for the purpose of providing it.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. AI-generated answers are produced from your workspace content and may contain errors; they do not constitute professional advice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with one month notice. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Some provisions survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
